The Hoedown has multiple possible layout options. It can sleep 4 or 5 people with double or single beds. Set up as standard with one double and two singles - please let us know if you require an extra bed, or want any separating.  

 

Situated in the fenced in field, next to the gentle river there is plenty of room.

 

With your own picnic table and fire pit enjoy sit out and enjoy the Yorkshire air no matter the weather.  

 

In the evening why not enjoy a BBQ and toast some marshmallows in the embers, or relax by the river with a glass of wine! 

 

In the cooler evenings retreat back inside and light the woodfired stove which quickly warms up the living space.

 

The Hoedown has no electric, but battery lanterns, a rainbow chandelier and ring lights are provided meaning you can enjoy the evening with a gentle glow inside even when the suns gone down. 

 

​​​Toilet and Shower facilities are available under the main house near the car parking about 100m away.
