We are a small family run site, we try to run as relaxed as possible, but have a few rules in place to ensure all visitors enjoy a safe stay with us, and that we are respectful of our neighbours.

Site Rules

Beesknees Holidays Site Rules

  1. Respect Quiet Hours – Our quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am. Please keep noise levels low during this time.

  2. Keep Your Campsite Clean – Dispose of rubbish properly and store food securely to avoid attracting wildlife (and greedy dogs).

  3. Respect Other Guests Space – Avoid walking through other people's pitches and keep your belongings within your designated area.

  4. No Smoking or Vaping in the units.

  5. If you break something please let us know, so that we can ensure we repair or replace as soon as possible.

  6. Please drive carefully and be mindful of animals and children.

  7. Please close the main gate when you enter or exit the site.

  8. Please keep your children/pets under supervision and be mindful of the river, the pond and the road as particular hazards.

  9. Please keep to our side of the river and do not trespass on the farmers field.

  10. Follow Campfire Guidelines –  Fire are only allowed in the designated fire pits

  11. Please do not move the fire pits or BBQs, they are placed a minimum of 5m from the tents for your safety.

1. Booking & Payments

  • Reservations must be made in advance through our website or booking partners.

  • 50% deposit required on booking to secure your stay.

  • Full payment to be cleared 4 weeks before arrival.

  • Cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM

  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM

  • Late check-outs may incur an additional fee.

3. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must respect the site rules.

4. Pets Policy

  • Sorry but no pets allowed, we used to allow dogs but following a tent ripping episode decided to stop this. 

5. Liability & Damage

  • Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property.

  • The site is not liable for lost or stolen items.

6. Weather & Force Majeure

  • Bookings may be rescheduled in the case of extreme weather.

  • We are not responsible for cancellations due to events beyond our control.
